Nanaimo RCMP are seeking a woman who is wanted on a warrant for several offences that date back to almost one month ago.

The warrant was issued for the arrest of 48-year-old Sarah Baker on October 11th, after she failed to report to the Nanaimo Correctional Centre to serve her intermittent weekend sentence.

Baker is also reportedly wanted on five counts of driving while prohibited, and for fleeing police.

Nanaimo RCMP say that all attempts to locate Baker have proved unsuccessful thus far.

Baker is described as a Caucasian woman, standing 5’4” tall, weighing around 130 pounds, with blonde hair and green eyes.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Sarah Baker should call Nanaimo RCMP at (250) 754-2345.
