Ready to transition to Halloween season, Victoria?
For a while, it looked like Victoria might not get its usual dose of spooky fun this year, but fear not, Spirit Halloween is making a comeback, and in a spot you might know.
The popular costume and decor retailer is setting up shop in Tillicum Mall at 3170 Tillicum Road, right next to Save-On-Foods.
If that address rings a bell, it’s because it was previously home to Mr. Pets.
An official opening date hasn’t been announced just yet, but the store is expected to be ready for shoppers before the end of the month.
That might seem early—after all, there’s still plenty of summer left—but Halloween is only about 70 days away as of this publication.
For those eager to get a head start, Spirit Halloween’s website is already stocked with costumes, accessories, and all the spooky extras you could want.
This will be the only Spirit Halloween store in Greater Victoria, with one other location on Vancouver Island up in Nanaimo.
