Victoria Symphony at Christ Church Cathedral
Join fellow music lovers at Christ Church Cathedral for an evening of classical charm and lyrical beauty.
Music will be led by Maestro Giuseppe Pietraroia, featuring compositions from Mozart’s Overture to Neruda’s Trumpet Concerto in E-flat major.

Shrek Rave at Wicket Hall
You read that correctly—there’s a massive Shrek Rave happening at Wicket Hall!
Get together with a group of friends and let loose to a series of DJs mashing your favourite Shrek hits. Costumes are also encouraged.

“The Boy in the Treehouse” and “Gold”
The Boy in the Treehouse and Gold, running on Friday, July 25th and Sunday, July 27th, offer audiences the opportunity to engage with powerful narratives that are rooted in identity, legacy and resilience.
While both are vastly different in style, they have a shared focus on truth and storytelling, making this double-feature a standout amongst the city’s summer arts calendar.

Artists in the Garden
Abkhazi Garden is hosting a variety of musical events throughout the summer, and they kick off this Friday!
Musicians from the Victoria Conservatory of Music will gather in the beautiful garden setting and perform for visitors from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
This Friday presents Felicia Ma playing piano, and admission is by donation.

Fridays at the Station: Beach Bash
Ring in the weekend at The Langford Station by enjoying live music, a selection of delicious food trucks, browsing local businesses and artist studios, and of course flights of delicious BC craft beer.
The Victoria Beer Society’s Beer Truck will be on site serving cold sleeves and flights of craft beer every Friday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
This week is a special Beach Bash edition, with tropical food and drink specials, lawn games, best dressed for ‘beachwear,’ and more!
The band performing will be Miguelito Valdes Trio Y su Son.
