Vancouver developer Nat Bosa and wife Flora have purchased the historic Fairmont Empress.
The Empress has been a focal point of Victoria’s Inner Harbour since it opened in 1908.
The hotel was purchased from Ivanhoe Cambridge and will continue to be managed by Fairmont Hotels.
No word yet what, if any, changes the sale will mean for the historic hotel. The terms of the sale were not disclosed.
