Summer has only just begun, and we’re in for another party!
Mark your calendars, the Eats & Beats Beach Party is taking over Colwood this year on Saturday, July 29th.
Eats & Beats is known as one of Greater Victoria’s biggest free community events of the summer, providing multitudes of entertainment and treats for thousands of people every year!
But don’t show up at the wrong spot!
Their location has shifted slightly from previous years and will now take place at Royal Beach — a wonderful seaside park location south of the Lagoon in Colwood.
The move to Royal Beach will take guests away from a sensitive bird sanctuary and the roadway — providing picturesque views, grassy lawn areas, a playground, beach volleyball courts, and more.
Enjoy live music all day, beachside beverages, diverse food truck choices, activities like paddling and a climbing wall, and vendors with an abundance of island treasures!
Excited yet?
Bring your family and friends and check it out for yourself!

There’s free parking just up from the event as well as bike valet parking.
Plus, make sure you watch out for details and maps for the free Eats & Beats shuttle locations. If you’re hoping to indulge in one or a few beachside beverages, this could be the option for you!
If you’re bussing, you can take routes #50, #52, #53, or #61 to Royal Bay and hop on a free shuttle bus from there.
We hope to see you there!
