West Shore RCMP seeks to locate missing 14-year-old youth

On Friday, August 14th, West Shore RCMP announced that Flaro had been located and is safe.

West Shore RCMP are seeking public assistance in locating 14-year-old Landon Flaro.

According to police, Flaro was last seen on Wednesday, August 12th and was reported missing the same day. 

He was reportedly last seen on foot at around 1:15 p.m. near Sooke Road and Wale Road in Colwood.

Police describe Flaro as a Caucasian male, standing around 5’11” tall, with medium length brown hair and light coloured eyes. 

He was last seen wearing a flat brimmed hat, heart shaped glasses, a dark brown leather jacket and black ripped pants. 

Police say that since Flaro’s disappearance, officers have followed up on several leads and possible sightings to no avail.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Landon Flaro should contact their local police, or to report anonymously, call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
