Nanaimo RCMP are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 41-year-old woman, Victoria Simpson, who was reported missing on Tuesday, August 25th.
Simpson was reportedly last known to be in the Nanaimo area.
Family members and police say they are concerned for her well-being, as it is out of character for her to be out of contact for an extended period.
Police describe Simpson as a Caucasian woman, standing around 5’1” tall, weighing around 130 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
Some identifying marks she has include a diamond tattoo on her right index finger and an Aries zodiac sign tattoo on her neck.
Investigators say they have followed up on a number of investigative avenues and have recently received information indicating Simpson may still be in the Nanaimo area.
Officers have not been able to confirm her current whereabouts, despite their efforts.
