David Foster Foundation bringing star-studded celebration to Victoria’s Inner Harbour

There are some big names coming to Victoria this weekend!

The David Foster Foundation’s 40th anniversary celebration is set to take place August 7th and 8th, bringing with it some of the biggest names in the music industry.

Nickelback frontman Chad Kroeger, along with Maroon 5’s Adam Levine and James Valentine will be performing at the sold-out anniversary Gala at the Victoria Conference Centre on August 7th.

The gala aims to honour the four decades of support and life-changing impact from the organization.

For those without tickets to the gala, the foundation will throw a celebration for the rest of the community.

There will be a free show taking place at the Inner Harbour on August 8th from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., where David Foster himself will take to the stage, alongside huge names like CeeLo Green, Josh Groban, The Tenors and others.

Make sure to arrive early, this concert is bound to draw a crowd!

The David Foster Foundation’s mission is to provide financial support to Canadian families with children in need of life-saving organ transplants.

Since their inception, the foundation has assisted more than 1,450 families with children in need of major organ transplants and provided much-needed dollars in direct family support.

This celebration marks the foundation’s 40th anniversary, and is sure to be an exciting affair.
