RCMP searching for missing 12-year-old last seen in View Royal

Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 12-year-old girl who was reported missing yesterday.

According to the West Shore RCMP, Makara Bloom was reported missing on Tuesday, July 7th.

She was last seen at approximately 4:30 p.m. on foot near High Street in View Royal.

Bloom is described as a Caucasian girl, standing 5’8” with a slim build, long brown hair with a pink streak and brown eyes.

At the time she was last seen, she was wearing a black crop tank top, black sweatpants and was carrying a peach-coloured purse with gold handles.

Police say officers have followed up on several leads and possible sightings since she was reported missing, but she has not yet been located.
