Planning a trip through Victoria International Airport just got a little easier.
YYJ has launched a new interactive airport walkthrough on Google Maps, giving travellers the chance to virtually explore the terminal before they arrive.
The feature allows passengers to familiarize themselves with key areas throughout the airport, making it easier to navigate whether it’s your first time flying through YYJ or you simply like to plan ahead.
According to the Victoria International Airport, the project was made possible through funding from Pacific Economic Development Canada and 4TVI Stewardship.
It was developed in partnership with Spinal Cord Injury BC to help improve accessibility and the overall travel experience.
Travellers can access the interactive walkthrough through Google Maps before heading to the airport.
