Alice in Wonderland with Victoria Ballet at the Royal Theatre
“Imagination is the only weapon in the war with reality.”
Follow Alice down the rabbit hole and discover a whole new world of fantasy and frivolous fun.
Set to a score by Benjamin Britten the choreography is playful and quirky with some unforgettable characters such as the Queen of Heart or the Mad Hatter and more.

Felix Cartal at Upstairs Entertainment
Award winning Canadian DJ and Producer Felix Cartal returns to Upstairs for his album release tour “I sabotage”.
Felix Cartal is a prolific producer and DJ that hails from Vancouver.
His style is energetic and melodic, and his shows match.

Served Up! all ages drag dinner and Brass Monkey Brewing
Join the Brass Monkey Brewing Company on Friday, May 15th from 6 p.m. to -10 p.m. for Served Up!, an all ages drag dinner at Brass Monkey Brewing Co, hosted by drag things Leo and Aries Moon.
This month they are saying goodbye to their little show… for now.
They will be on hiatus until further notice until the show finds a new home due to unforeseen circumstances.
Join in their celebration three-and-a-half years of all ages drag. And who knows… show up in drag and maybe you could be a part of the show!
The first part of the evening will be regular show business, but the latter part of the evening will evolve into an open stage, ready for all friends of the show… anybody who calls Served Up! a little slice of home.

Dead Churches at the Coda
Dead Churches is taking their Americana-infused punk rock’n’roll on the road in May to promote their debut EP Fear and Faith.
This is their first ever tour and includes eight dates in BC. Their first stop is in Victoria at the Coda.
They’re bringing along their Vancouver friends, The Fomites, to give everyone a masterclass in niche horror movie references and relentless, ripping punk rock.
Victoria local pop-punk rocker, Jesse Heinz promises to set the tone and bring the energy at the start of the night.
This is your chance to rebel against the tech giants, foster community and support local artists.

Drake Night Iceman Album Release Party at Encore Victoria
Iceman drops May 15. Victoria turns cold that night.
Drake all night, icy energy, no feelings, just hits from the boy.
Encore will be running Drake all night from the early OVO days to the records that changed everything, plus whatever Iceman gives us the moment it lands.
