VicPD are asking for the public’s help identifying a woman following an alleged assault earlier this month at a downtown business.

According to the Victoria Police Department, officers are investigating an incident that took place on February 4th in the 700-block of Pandora Avenue.

Police say staff reported that a person entered the business and, following a verbal exchange, allegedly became verbally aggressive. During the confrontation, the individual is alleged to have pulled one employee’s hair and punched another before leaving the area.

The two employees sustained minor injuries. Police said they were offered support through victim services.

Investigators have released surveillance images and are seeking help to identify a person of interest in the case.

The woman is described as Caucasian, approximately 30 years old, with a slim build and long dark reddish hair. At the time of the incident, she was wearing a black leather jacket, black pants and black leather boots.

Anyone with information who has not yet spoken with police is asked to contact the E-Comm non-emergency line at 250-995-7654 ext. 1 and reference file number 26-5015.
