Nanaimo RCMP say they are continuing their search for a man wanted on an outstanding warrant who investigators believe is actively avoiding police.
Police are looking for 45-year-old Riley Quin, who is wanted in connection with an alleged break and enter at Anchor Family Medicine on Waddington Road in December 2022.
RCMP say a public notice issued in May 2025 did not generate any substantive leads, and investigators now believe Quin remains in the Nanaimo area and is taking deliberate steps to evade arrest.
The warrant stems from allegations that Quin broke into the medical clinic and stole items during the December 2022 incident.
Quin is described as a Caucasian man who stands 5-foot-10 and weighs approximately 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Police note the photo released is about three years old. He is also known to have a tattoo on his left wrist reading “TJPW 020518” and another on his upper right arm with the word “PRIDE.”
