Looking to start 2026 feeling refreshed and grounded?

Destination Greater Victoria’s Intention Wellness Getaway is returning this January with a multi-day wellness experience designed to help locals prioritize their health and well-being.

Running from January 5th to 18th, the Intention Wellness Getaway features a wide range of events and experiences, including spa treatments, wellness markets, art classes, and restorative sound bath sessions, hosted at various locations across Victoria.

One of the key venues is the Delta Victoria Ocean Pointe Resort, which will host a beginner mindfulness workshop, yoga classes, art nights, and restorative sound bath experience.

“The offerings for this year’s program are exceptional, and there really is something for everyone—and that’s important since we all approach and define wellness a little differently,” said Jodi Westbury, VP of Marketing Communications at Destination Greater Victoria.

“Intention Wellness Getaway shines a light on the local businesses that are showing leadership in Greater Victoria’s authentic and rich wellness sector.”

Two standout highlights include an inspiring mindset talk and a wellness-focused market.

Join author Neil Pasricha, of the international bestselling book, The Happiness Equation on January 8th at the Victoria Conference Centre Theatre to learn how to cultivate a daily habit-based, positive mindset.

Participants can also look forward to the Made With Intention Wellness Market on January 10th at the Parkside Hotel & Spa—a curated market celebrating wellness, mindfulness, and community connection on South Vancouver Island.

To view the full lineup of events and experiences, visit Destination Greater Victoria’s website and start 2026 with intention and a renewed focus on your wellness journey.
