The Bay Centre is full of holiday magic with Festival of Trees Victoria, so make your way downtown before December 31st to experience this festive forest of trees for a cause.
This free, indoor event is the perfect family outing—whether you’re popping in after work or trying to keep the kids entertained during winter break.
With twinkling lights, holiday music, and almost 80 decorated trees, stepping into the Bay Centre feels like entering a winter wonderland.
Take your time exploring all the different trees, each decorated by a local business, and vote for your favourite one!
To vote, simply tap the machine next to your chosen tree and make a donation. All the proceeds go directly to the heart of what Festival of Trees Victoria is all about—supporting local children in need of medical care at BC Children’s Hospital.

Every dollar donated goes towards lifesaving care and research for children and families right here on Vancouver Island.
Children can spot themed trees, featuring their favourite cartoon characters, like the Grinch, Frosty the Snowman, and the Cookie Monster. While parents can capture memories with the dazzling backdrop while soaking up the festive atmosphere.
Make your trip even sweeter by grabbing a delicious Biscoff hot chocolate from OSO Café in the Food Terrace, located on level four, or sticking around for a quick lunch or dinner.
