The holidays are coming to life across the region and BC Transit is once again adding a bit of magic to the season.
After making its first appearance during two weekend parades, thousands of people in Greater Victoria have already had a glimpse of this year’s Santa Bus covered in lights and decorations.
Residents will now get a chance to climb aboard.
The Santa Bus will run on Saturday, December 13th and Sunday, December 14th. Rides are free and holiday music will be playing throughout the trip, making it a fun way to get around or enjoy a festive outing with family or friends.
BC Transit has released the full schedule so people can find the bus on their usual routes.

In addition to the above, BC Transit is participating in several other seasonal events across the region.
Over the weekend, thousands of Victorians got a first look at the bus during the 43rd annual Peninsula Co-op Santa Claus Parade, which took place on November 29th.
A BC Transit bus covered in lights rolled through the parade route while volunteers handed out stickers and treats.
On Saturday, December 6th, between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., people can visit the Stuff the Bus event at Save-On-Foods at Tillicum Centre. Non-perishable food items, new toys and clothing will be collected to support the Mustard Seed Food Bank and the Salvation Army.
Also on December 6th, the IEOA Truck Light Parade will begin at 5 p.m. at the Breakwater at Ogden Point before travelling through the region toward Colwood. BC Transit will join about 80 commercial vehicles taking part.
The parade will end at 8 p.m. the Christmas in Colwood community event.
