Nanaimo RCMP look to identify suspect who stole $4,600 in equipment from Cabela’s

Nanaimo RCMP are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a suspect who allegedly stole an estimated $4,600 in gear from Cabela’s.

Police say that just before 1 p.m. on Tuesday, October 14th, the individual pictured is believed to have stolen a range of outdoor equipment including a tent, ammunition and other equipment.

The suspect is described as a Caucasian man, with a medium build, between 30 and 40-years-old and approximately 6’ tall. 

At the time of the theft, he was wearing a dark colored jacket, dark jeans, dark runners and a dark colored ball cap. 

Anyone who has information on the identity of this person should contact Nanaimo RCMP at (250) 754-2345.
