West Shore RCMP are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man wanted for fraud and theft under $5,000 in Langford.
On Monday, November 17th, at approximately 11:34 a.m., several packages were being delivered to a home in the 2100 block of Blue Grouse Plateau in Langford when a random man intervened..
The suspect was caught on home surveillance pretending to be the resident’s homeowner and collecting the packages from the courier.
After the courier left, the suspect was seen putting the packages in a vehicle before getting into the passenger side.
The suspect is described as a light-to-medium skinned man in his 40’s wearing a dark coloured hoodie, blue jeans, and a green baseball hat with Aston Martin logo.
He was last seen leaving in a white SUV, possibly a 2017 Mazda CX5—unfortunately, no license plate was obtained.
If anyone has any information on the identity of this person, call West Shore RCMP at 250-474-2264.
