A 37-year-old man is wanted by Oak Bay Police following a domestic violence incident that occurred last week.
Police responded to reports of a disturbance at a residence in the early hours of October 10th, where they found a woman suffering from visible injuries, including a swollen and bleeding lip.
The suspect, identified as Antony Abreu Ramirez, had reportedly fled the scene before police arrived.
An arrest warrant has since been issued for Ramirez, who is wanted on one count of assault.
Police say efforts to locate and arrest him are ongoing.
