This week, Victoria’s weather forecast predicts more fall-like conditions with some rain expected to come over the weekend.
According to Environment Canada, there will be cloud coverage for most of the week, beginning on Monday, September 8th.
Monday’s forecast calls for mainly cloudy conditions with minimal wind and a high of 19°C and an overnight low of 12°C.
On Tuesday, conditions will be slightly more hopeful with a mix of sun and cloud expected and a high of 20°C. Again, wind will be minimal throughout Tuesday, and the low is predicted to be 13°C.
Wednesday will bring with it more cloud coverage, although the sun is expected to peek out through the day. Environment Canada is calling for a high of 21°C, with temperatures overnight reaching as low as 12°C.
Thursday’s forecast predicts a day devoid of sun with cloud coverage looming over Victoria all day, and a high of 20°C. Overnight the clouds are predicted to linger over the city, with another low of 12°C.
Friday is set to cool down a bit with a high of just 18°C and continued cloud coverage over Greater Victoria. Overnight, the low is predicted to be 13°C and Environment Canada is calling for a 30% chance of showers.
These showers are predicted to sporadically continue in the region throughout the weekend, with a 40% chance of rain on Saturday and a 30% chance on Sunday.
The weekend’s predicted highs are expected to be around 18°C to 19°C, with overnight lows hovering around 13°C.
