VicPD and Westshore RCMP have collaborated in their efforts to arrest an individual on alleged drug trafficking charges.
During the arrest, police were able to seize $41,000 in cash and 103 grams of illicit drugs.
According to VicPD, this investigation was initiated following complaints from the public regarding drug trafficking in the Victoria area.
As a result of this multi-jurisdictional, collaborative investigation, police were able to arrest a suspect on September 22nd, in Langford.
Following the arrest, a search warrant was executed, which led to the seizure of the cash and drugs.
Police say the investigation remains ongoing and is being led by VicPD.
