Nanaimo RCMP are asking for the public’s help in locating two people who were sailing and have not been heard from in over a month.
Robert Stalker and Julie De Myer were last heard from on July 20th, and Stalker’s family reported him missing on August 13th.
According to police, the limited contact is said to be out of character for Stalker, so there’s concern for both of their well-being.
The pair is believed to be travelling onboard a white sailboat named “Calliope.”
Stalker is described as a Caucasian man, standing at 6’1” tall, weighing 190 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes.
De Myer is described as a Caucasian woman, standing at 5’10” tall, weighing 155 pounds, with red hair and blue eyes.
