We’re over halfway through August now, Victoria—where does the time go?
We’re diving into another week of cruise ships, covering from Monday, August 18th to Sunday, August 24th.
While we can anticipate the same number of cruise ships as last week, which is scheduled at 13, there’s a slight increase in arriving tourists with the total resting at 41,495 people.
There’s only one docking on Monday: the Carnival Spirit at 8 p.m. with 2,124 people ready to roam the downtown core.
Tuesday will be a rest day, with the next two ships arriving on Wednesday, featuring the Queen Elizabeth at 1 p.m. with 2,081 passengers, and the Carnival Luminosa at 8 p.m. with 2,260 passengers.
Wednesday and beyond brings a steady flow of cruise ships to Ogden Point, so anticipate a busy downtown leading into the weekend!

- Thursday, August 21st at 8 a.m.: Anthem of the Seas with 4,919 passengers
- Thursday, August 21st at 11 a.m.: Norwegian Joy with 3,883 passengers
- Thursday, August 21st at 5 p.m.: Celebrity Edge with 2,918 passengers
- Friday, August 22nd at 7:30 p.m.: Norwegian Bliss with 4,250 passengers
- Friday, August 22nd at 8 p.m.: Eurodam with 2,104 passengers
- Friday, August 22nd at 8:30 p.m.: Royal Princess with 3,560 passengers
- Saturday, August 23rd at 7 p.m.: Discovery Princess with 3,660 passengers
- Saturday, August 23rd at 7:30 p.m.: Norwegian Encore with 3,998 passengers
- Saturday, August 23rd at 8 p.m.: Westerdam with 1,840 passengers
- Sunday, August 24th at 5 p.m.: Quantum of the Seas with 4,180 passengers
