Oak Bay Police have launched an investigation into an “indecent act” committed in Trafalger Park, which was witnessed by a woman.
Police say that on August 6th, at around 6:16 p.m., officers responded to the park after receiving the report of an indecent act.
The woman who witnessed this indecent act says that it occurred at approximately 2:30 p.m.
She told police that she witnessed a man with his shorts pulled down to his ankles engaged in an indecent act.
Police describe the suspect as a Caucasian male, approximately 30 to 40-years-old, with a large belly.
This investigation remains ongoing.
