One of Victoria’s most iconic summer events is making its long-awaited return, and you can soak it all in with a glass of Veuve Clicquot on the front lawn of the Fairmont Empress.
The Veuve Clicquot Champagne Garden Party is a VIP experience happening Sunday, August 3rd from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., designed to celebrate the final evening of Symphony SPLASH!, which is officially back after a five-year hiatus.
Set against the backdrop of the Inner Harbour, the garden party offers a front-row seat to the symphony and fireworks, complete with champagne, gourmet bites, and elevated vibes.
Guests will enjoy reserved table seating on the iconic Fairmont lawn, a bottle of Veuve Clicquot Brut, and a beautifully curated picnic basket filled with decadent French-inspired fare.
New this year, the Champagne Garden Party is the ultimate way to watch Symphony SPLASH! in style, with three indulgent ticket tiers available:
Gold Package – $399 per couple
Includes a bottle of Veuve Clicquot, sparkling water, and a luxurious spread featuring charcuterie, Salt Spring Island cheeses, truffled egg salad éclairs, smoked seafood, and more.
Diamond Upgrade – $549 per couple
Everything in the Gold Package, plus premium caviar service — for those who like their fireworks with a little extra flair.
Platinum Signature Package – $599 per couple
The full Diamond experience plus a handcrafted gift box of chocolate bonbons and delicate macarons to end the night on a sweet note.
Guests can also enjoy the Veuve Oyster Bar, open to the public with à la carte pricing and standing room access.
Champagne, oysters, and other beverages will be available without a ticket.
The event coincides with the return of Symphony SPLASH!, which will once again fill Victoria’s Inner Harbour with live orchestral music, community performances, food vendors, and a dazzling fireworks show to close out the BC Day long weekend.
Highlights include performances by the Victoria Symphony, The National Youth Orchestra of Canada, and guest artists Celeigh Cardinal, Shawnee Kish, and Sal Ferreras with his Latin Jazz Sextet and Cuban vocalist Adonis Puentes.
