West Shore RCMP are investigating a collision involving a stolen vehicle after it crashed into a brick wall in Langford.
On Thursday, July 17th at around 11 p.m., police responded to a single-vehicle crash after a stolen grey 2004 GMC Jimmy collided into a brick retaining wall in the 2600 block of Peatt Road in Langford.
Luckily, the vehicle stopped short of crashing into the multi-unit dwelling at this location, but it did cause significant damage to the retaining wall and the vehicle itself.
Witnesses told police several suspects were seen exiting the vehicle right after the crash, which they are now looking to identify.
The suspects are described as a group of around two to four youths, aged 15 to 20-years-old. They were last seen running south on Peatt Road.
RCMP canvassed the neighbourhood for witnesses and CCTV and continue to investigate the collision.
