VicPD is asking for the public’s help in identifying a cyclist after an alleged disturbance involving a horse-drawn carriage in James Bay.
The incident occurred on Monday, July 14th at around 11:30 a.m., within the 300-block of Belleville Street.
Officers received a report of a disturbance that involved a cyclist and a horse-drawn carriage travelling westbound on Belleville Street.
