Yoga in the Park
Embrace the benefits of outdoor yoga this summer at Willows Beach Park!
Sessions are free to attend and open to all levels, led by experienced instructors from both Ajna Yoga and Oak Bay Recreation.
No registration is required, just bring your own mat and water bottle.

Maude’s Trivia Night
Widely popular and always worth the trip, Maude’s returns for another Tuesday of epic trivia!
Bring your team and get ready to crank out some wild facts, play along to win prizes, and treat yourself to some of Maude’s delicious beer-battered fries and beer on tap.
Trivia starts at 8 p.m. but make sure to come early — especially if you have a larger table, otherwise you’ll have to come back next week!

Take Yourself on a Bug Zoo Adventure
Described as a hands-on experience you’ll never forget, the Victoria Bug Zoo offers a close-up look at some of the most wonderful (and often horrifying) creatures in the world!
Marvel over the blending abilities of certain insects, gawk at the hairy legs of tarantulas, and admire the strength of ants.
You may even get the opportunity to hold something, if you dare!
Admission varies depending on age—$18 for adults, $8 for children aged 5 to 17, and free for 4 and under.

BF/C & Fowl Bay at The Coda
Duo Barish Firatli and Joel Igor Hammad Magnusson formed BF/C, rooted in harmonies, synths and heartfelt lyricism, which brings a futuristic take on electropop.
Their performances are said to be more than just shows—they’re experiences. Check it out for yourself!
With them will be Fowl Bay, an alt-rock force that thrives on raw, unfiltered energy. They draw from indie, grunge and post-punk to craft songs that feel both urgent and personal.
Tickets are just over $21 and can be purchased online.
