Comedy on the Run
Frontrunners is hosting a special comedy night, Comedy on the Run, for a unique combo of cardio and comedy with Dan Duvall.
Check in at 6 p.m. and join fellow attendees on a relaxed 5 kilometre run before the comedy set at 7:30 p.m.
Tickets are $20 and include a half-burrito from Boomtown and a non-alcoholic beverage.

Drop-In Fitness Class
There’s a free lunchtime drop-in fitness class with The Fitness Academy, hosted by CityVibe!
Keep in mind that there’s a limited supply of mats, so try to bring your own if you can, as well as a reusable water bottle.

Morning Yoga in the Gardens
Combine movement and the outdoors for a Hatha Flow yoga class, led by Hayley from Cedar and Soul Movement.
The session is just over an hour. Arrive early enough before class to park, pay the drop-in fee at the front desk, walk two to five minutes to the location and get yourself settled.
Bring a yoga mat, a water bottle and any layers needed.
The drop-in fee is $20 for non-HCP members, and $16 for members.

Get a Patio Beverage at Boomtown
Get together with a group of friends and soak up the stellar patio vibes as you sip on a margarita and munch on a burrito!
Their feature cocktail at the moment is an Agavero Margarita with Agavero, reposado and lime juice for $14.
Their happy hour runs from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The Blue Hearts at Hermann’s Jazz Club

Mark “Westcoast” Comerford plays guitar, percussion, and lends his vocals, while Big Hank Lionhart takes on lead vocals.
Both are key members of RCA recording artists Uncle Wiggly’s Hot Shoes Blues Band, a group that has been thrilling audiences across Western Canada since their reunion.
Tickets are $25 and can be purchased online or at the door.
