Deuce Days has officially arrived in Victoria!
The MV Coho ferry from the Black Ball Ferry Line brought over some of the iconic Deuce Coupes on Thursday, July 17th, and crowds gathered to get a glimpse at these iconic vintage and collector vehicles.
More than 1,000 classic vehicles are expected to take part this year, with the Inner Harbour turning into a sea of polished chrome by Sunday.
The festivities pick up for participants on Friday, followed by a busy Saturday that begins with staging along Dallas Road at 7 a.m. and a scenic Poker Run at 9 a.m. sending Deuces cruising across the region.
Sunday is the main event, with hundreds of cars on display throughout downtown Victoria.
Parking for participants begins as early as 4:30 a.m., and cars will begin heading out at 3:30 p.m. after a full day of admiration from spectators.
If you missed this Thursday’s arrival and impromptu parade, have no fear! We’ve compiled a collection of captures from across social media to share with you.
Without further ado, here’s 17 captures of the Deuces arriving in downtown Victoria:
