Did you enjoy the sun this weekend, Victoria? We sure did!
For this week, Ogden Point will be welcoming a total of 36,808 passengers throughout the week, spread out over 12 cruise ships from Monday, June 9th to Sunday, June 15th.
There’s just one to kick us off on Monday, the Carnival Spirit arriving at 8 p.m. with 2,124 people.
Similarly, there’s only one on Tuesday, June 10th: the small but mighty Seven Seas Explorer, which will dock at 11 a.m.with 754 passengers.
Wednesday, June 11th is slightly busier with the arrival of two cruise ships, the Queen Elizabeth at 9 a.m. and Carnival Luminosa at 8 p.m., with 2,081 and 2,260 passengers, respectively.
If you’ve never seen the interior of the Queen Elizabeth ship, you’re in for a treat. According to Cruise Critic, this vessel beautifully “captures the glamour of yesteryear” with formal dining, ballroom galas and steamer trunks.
The Queen Elizabeth is the cruise you take if you’re after the convenience of modern times, but without the flashy neon of competing cruise lines. Think classy and elegant ‘old money’ luxury.

The cruise ships to follow are as such:
- Thursday, June 12th at 10 a.m.: Anthem of the Seas with 4,919 passengers
- Thursday, June 12th at 5:30 p.m.: Celebrity Edge with 2,918 passengers
- Friday, June 13th at 7:30 p.m.: Norwegian Bliss with 4,250 passengers
- Friday, June 13th at 8 p.m.: Eurodam with 2,104 passengers
- Friday, June 13th at 8:30 p.m.: Royal Princess with 3,560 passengers

- Saturday, June 14th at 7:30 p.m.: Norwegian Encore with 3,998 passengers
- Sunday, June 15th at 5 p.m.: Quantum of the Seas with 4,180 passengers
