Don’t put the sunscreen away just yet, Victoria!

After last weekend’s heat, many in Victoria were happy to welcome a short reprieve from the intensity of the sun.

But according to the latest weather forecast, this weekend is looking like the clouds will clear, the sun will be back out and high temperatures in Victoria will return to above 20°C.

Before the weekend, there will be a couple more days of cloudy skies and moderate temperatures.

Environment Canada predicts that Thursday, June 12th will be mostly cloudy with a tolerable expected high of 18°C during the day. The overnight low is expected to dip down to around 11°C.

Friday’s weather will be similar to that of Thursday’s. Mainly cloudy skies will hang over Victoria and the expected high will be around 18°C. Another overnight low of 11°C can be expected.

Then the weekend arrives with sun in tow!

The forecasted high on both Saturday and Sunday will be around 21°C, with no clouds expected. Overnight lows on the weekend will be between 10°C and 11°C.

Following the weekend, average highs will stay pretty consistent at between 21°C and 18°C, with Environment Canada calling for partly cloudy days.
