Hope you had a great weekend, Victoria! Let’s dive into another week of cruise ships.

According to the Greater Victoria Harbour Authority (GVHA), we’ll see 12 ships dock at Ogden Point from Monday, June 2nd to Sunday, June 8th, with a total of 39,696 passengers.

We only have one arriving Monday at 8 p.m.: the Carnival Spirit with 2,124 visitors, and won’t see another cruise ship, the Carnival Luminosa, until Wednesday at 8 p.m. with 2,260 people aboard.

Our largest ship of the week is over 1,100 feet long, and will kick off Thursday’s ships with 4,919 passengers—can you guess which one?

It’s the Anthem of the Seas, set to arrive at 5 p.m. It’s an award-winning ship from the Royal Caribbean Cruises line, and is classified as a Quantum-class cruise ship.

This classification is given for their innovative and high-tech features in addition to their focus on entertainment and activities.
