Nanaimo RCMP have confirmed that missing 61-year-old Dean Thompson has been safely located.

Nanaimo RCMP are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 61-year-old man.
Dean Thompson has not been seen or heard from since early March of this year, and was reported missing on April 6th.
According to police, this lack of contact is out of character for Thompson and there’s a concern for his safety and well-being.
He’s described as a Caucasian man, standing at 5’6” tall, weighing 210 pounds with grey hair and blue eyes.
Police believe Thompson could be in the Victoria area but can’t confirm this for certain.
