These are the most expensive homes in and around Victoria

The latest BC Assessment numbers have been released and so have the top valued properties on Vancouver Island!

For your enjoyment (because who doesn’t love to snoop a little?), we’ve pulled a few of the most expensive homes from the Greater Victoria area to share.

Similar to previous years, Oak Bay seems to rule the list, with three of the top five residing in the municipality.

3160 Humber Road

This waterfront home is listed as Victoria’s most expensive property, and has been for a few years now.

It’s said to be worth a whopping $17,286,000—a significant increase from it’s 2024 assessment at $16,244,000.

This home is a single family residential, and occupies most of the peninsula between Loon Bay and Cadboro Bay adjacent to the Victoria Yacht Club.
