Grab a pal or two—it’s time for $5 Tuesdays at Cineplex!
Here’s your chance to escape into movie magic this winter (even though Victoria has been relatively warm so far) while keeping your wallet happy.
Starting this Tuesday, moviegoers in Victoria and across Canada can enjoy an affordable night out with $5 movie tickets and popcorn at Cineplex theatres.
From January 14th to February 11th, Cineplex is offering general admission tickets and small bags of popcorn for just $5 each (plus tax) every Tuesday.
Online ticket purchases will cost up to $6.50 due to a booking fee of up to $1.50.
Cineplex said Scene+ members will continue to receive an additional 10 per cent off the ticket price for their Tuesday ticket purchase.
This marks the second time Cineplex has rolled out the $5 movie and popcorn deal, following a similar promotion last year aimed at enticing Canadians to return to theatres.
While Cineplex already offers discounted tickets on Tuesdays, this promotion provides an even deeper discount for moviegoers.
Additionally, Cineplex is promoting $3.99 tickets for “family favourite” movies on Saturdays at participating locations. Titles like Despicable Me 4 will be available for just $3.99, plus tax.
