As a result of last night’s winds, brought on by the ‘bomb cyclone’ weather system, a few BC Transit routes in the Victoria area have been impacted.
The winds have felled trees and large branches, impeding bus lanes and routes.
Additionally, a massive fire that destroyed a 77-unit condo building on Quadra Street and Palmer Road shut down the road, causing the bus route to be altered.
