VicPD is seeking witnesses and additional information following an early morning incident last weekend where an impaired driver caused extensive damage to vehicles along Dallas Road.
At around 3 a.m. on Sunday, November 10th, police received reports of a black car driving erratically near the intersection of Dallas Road and Wellington Avenue.
According to VicPD, the driver, suspected of being under the influence, collided with several parked vehicles and street signs, crossing lanes in an alarming pattern.
Officers located the suspect near Dallas Road and Douglas Street, where he resisted arrest but was eventually taken into custody.
The suspect was then transported to VicPD cells and later released with conditions, along with a notice to appear in court at a future date.
