What do you get when you combine theatre, iconic historical buildings and the eeriness of autumn?—only the best murder mystery!
The Paper Street Theatre Co. is thrilled to announce that they’ll be returning to Craigdarroch Castle with their beloved, improvised hit, “Murders on Paper Street.”
Starting on Thursday, November 7th and running until Saturday, November 16th (on select days) for a total of eight performances, attendees are invited into the haunted walls of the castle to experience a murder mystery like no other.
The story follows a vintage cast of colourful cliché characters as they find a body and need to discover who did it, how it was done, and who is next.
This fully improvised mystery is inspired by Agatha Christie, one of the best selling mystery authors of all time!
“We look forward to welcoming The Paper Street Theatre Co., with their unique brand of theatre back to the Castle,” said John Hughes, Executive Director of Craigdarroch Castle.
“Murders on Paper Street has become a perennial favourite with Castle theatre-goers and we anticipate another sold-out run for this distinctive murder mystery.”
This performance will take place all over Craigdarroch Castle, which means that guests will have to be able to travel the castle’s 87 stairs over the course of the one-hour production.
