Nanaimo RCMP are seeking public assistance to locate a man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.
Kerry Chang is a 58-year-old man who is now wanted because he failed to show up for a court appearance on September 20th.
The court date Chang missed was in regards to drug-related charges.
Police describe Chang as a non-white man, standing 5’10” tall, weighing 190 pounds, with short receding grey hair and brown eyes.
Of note, Chang has tattoos of dragons on both upper arms, according to police.
