VicPD has confirmed that 70-year-old Hugh Garlow, wanted on a Canada-wide warrant, has been located.

VicPD are seeking the public’s help in locating a man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.
Hugh Garlow is wanted for failing to abide by the conditions of his release and is believed to be in Victoria.
Police say that he is known to frequent the downtown core and James Bay area.
Garlow is currently serving a life sentence for second-degree murder, manslaughter, attempted murder, fraud, assault and several other convictions.
He’s described as a 70-year-old man, standing at 5’9” tall, with a medium build, black hair, medium complexion and brown eyes.
Additionally, he has a noticeable bend in his leg and walks with a limp.
Police say he was last seen wearing a burgundy hat, green jacket, dark blue T-shirt and navy-blue pants.
