Though some Victorians are ready for soup season and autumn to begin after a busy summer, the forecast for the week has other plans.
According to Environment Canada, following some rain on Monday, Tuesday will bring some partial clouds and a high of just 18°C.
Then, from Wednesday on to Sunday, the forecast is projecting nothing but sunny days. Wednesday will have a high of 21°C, but by the weekend, Victoria can look forward to highs of 26°C.
Lows for the week are predicted to hover around 9°C to 12°C.

Most of Vancouver Island’s forecast echoes that of Victoria, with nothing but sunny days ahead.
For the upper reaches of Vancouver Island, the forecast is slightly less promising, with Port Hardy projected to have some sun and highs of 18°C mid-week, followed by a weekend of clouds.
With one last long weekend before school is back in session, it’s best to soak up the sun while you can!
