Ready your rainbow flags, merch and clothing for another Pride event to remember!

Sunday, July 7th will mark another year of the beloved Pride parade in downtown Victoria, with as many as 140 entries and over 70,000 spectators.

Always an array of colourful floats, vibrant costumes and smiling faces, it’s a community favourite for a reason and one you won’t want to miss.

The Songhees Nation and other Indigenous and Two-Spirit guests of honour will be opening the parade at the corner of Douglas and Fisgard Streets.

There’s accessible viewing all along Government Street, and general viewing spots can be found along the entirety of the route.

The parade will begin at 11 a.m. and work its way through downtown Victoria before ending at McDonald Park, where the highly-anticipated Festival in the Park will take place—complete with live entertainment, food trucks and a wide variety of vendors selling all sorts of goods!

The streets are quickly filled with spectators, so make sure you arrive a little early to get a good spot.
