Phillips Backyard Festival Series presents: Tilt!
Phillips Backyard Festival Series has become an iconic fixture of summer in Victoria and this year’s ‘Tilt!’ edition of the multi-weekend event has raised the bar for what people can expect.
Tilt! Will once again take place in the expanded Phillips Backyard over the weekend from July 5th to 7th.
Friday will see Saint Motel and Half Moon Run headlining with openers Hotel Mira, Vox Rea and OK Charlie warming up the crowd.

Pride in the Word
Pride in the Word brings audiences a night of captivating Queer Literary Readings on Friday, July 5th!
They’ll be welcoming in many great writers and speakers who will present their work for our community—keep an eye out for the speaker announcement here.
Tickets are by donation, with the suggested amount starting at $10.

Death Ray Cabaret
Kevin Matviw from Victoria’s Garden City Improv is bringing his award-winning musical comedy show Death Ray Cabaret to Theatre SKAM Satellite Studio for one night only!
This show promises to keep audiences engaged with catchy melodies, quick-witted lyrics and captivating storytelling.

RIOT at Victoria Event Centre (VEC)
Celebrate Pride in style with the VEC crew and your pals!
As described, RIOT is a going to be a night of insatiable beats, dancing, drag performances, vendors and more.

Fridays at the Station
The Victoria Beer Society is once again hosting their popular Fridays at the Station event in Langford!
Ring in the weekend at The Langford Station by enjoying live music, a selection of delicious food trucks, browsing local businesses and artist studios, and of course flights of delicious BC craft beer.
The Victoria Beer Society’s Beer Truck will be on site serving cold sleeves and flights of craft beer every Friday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
This Friday will feature live music from Black Angus!
