According to police, the fire spread quickly and fully engulfed a nearby detached garage.

The man was arrested in the 300 block of Brae Road in Duncan and has since been released without being charged.

Investigators will continue to work with the fire department and other emergency response teams and seek charge approval once evidence has been analyzed.
