Saanich is set to come alive with music this summer as the beloved Music in the Park series returns next week.
For the next eight weeks, starting July 2nd, residents can look forward to a diverse lineup of musical acts performing in different parks across the district from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. every Tuesday evening.
From rock to soul, and from funk to classic hits, there’s something for everyone in this year’s program.
Each event promises not only great music but also a chance to enjoy delicious offerings from local food trucks.
The series kicks off at Goward House (2495 Arbutus Road) with the rock sounds of Low Winter Sun.

- August 6th at Prospect Lake Park (331 Prospect Lake Road) – Rock of Ages (60’s-80’s Classic Rock)
- August 13th at Rutledge Park (Inverness & Cloverdale) – The Shenanigans (Classic Rock, Country)
- August 20th at Rudd Park (3259 Irma) – Best Laid Plans (Soul, R&B)
