Nanaimo RCMP are asking for the public’s help in locating 30-year-old Dominque Larocque.

She hasn’t been seen by family since October 20th and before that, Larocque maintained regular communication with her family.

“For unknown reasons, she stopped communicating with them,” said R/Cst. Gary O’Brien in a media statement.

“For her to do this is out of character, and as a result, her family is concerned for her safety and well-being.”

Police say Larocque’s last known whereabouts was at the Samaritan House in Nanaimo—which is a women’s emergency shelter.

According to RCMP, she has connections and contacts throughout central Vancouver Island and it is unknown currently if Larocque is in Nanaimo.

Larocque is described as a Caucasian woman, standing 5’7” tall, weighing about 130 pounds with brown shoulder length hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on the location of Dominque Larocque are asked to contact the Nanaimo RCMP at (250) 754-2345.
