The 157th Victoria Highland Games & Celtic Festival has been postponed until late this summer, due to rising concerns over the COVID-19 pandemic.

This follows a public health order banning all gatherings greater than 50 people, effective until May 30th.

The festival has stated that full refunds will be provided for all advance purchases and registrations to the Highland Games events – which were originally scheduled for May 16th and May 17th at Victoria’s Topaz Park.

They have also announced the format for the rescheduled festival will have a new focus, this time surrounding performance and community, with full Scottish and Celtic Pageantry.

The Victoria Highland Games & Celtic Festival is an annual event that happens every year at Topaz Park.

The games and festival offer a great number of attractions and entertainment focused on Celtic heritage over the course of one weekend.

Further details on the rescheduled festival including location, dates and schedule of events will be available by June.
