Police issue alert for missing 82-year-old woman with dementia

UPDATE: GOOD NEWS!  Victoria Police say Leticia Byrch has just been located by Delta Police. They are with her now.

Victoria Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 82-year-old Victoria woman, Leticia Byrch.

Byrch was last seen in the 1200-block of Balmoral Rd this morning, wearing a red and blue cloth hat, a red jacket over a black vest, faded grey/blue jeans, grey shoes and was carrying a large shoulder bag that looks like faded denim with two pockets.

She is 5’1″, has shoulder-length grey hair, and speaks both English and Filipino.

Police are concerned for her well being as she suffers from dementia.

Anyone who sees her is urged to call 911.
