One person is dead following a single-vehicle crash Sunday in Colwood.
The crash occurred at approximately 10 p.m. at Veterans Memorial Parkway and Latoria Road.
Police say a blue Chevrolet pickup was seen travelling at a high rate of speed along Veterans Memorial Parkway towards the Latoria intersection, before crashing head-on into a rock wall.
The B.C. Coroners Service and an RCMP traffic analyst were at the scene to assist with the investigation.
The 53-year-old Langford man was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The name of the driver is not being released pending notification of his family.
